ah, T21s are excellent retro laptops! Try listing it on eBay for a bit more to cover shipping, it should sell.

I could but 95 runs very well. When the drive is replaced with a CF card and the machine gets more ram it'll be a treat

So, did setup complete in approximately 39 minutes as projected?

I believe it. The specs on that box didn’t even exist yet in ‘95.
It's kind of like Back to the Future, only in 16 million colors.

A bit e arlier than I would have guessed, but not by much. I was stuck on a 486 in ‘95, and was envious as hell of my friend with his 60 or so mhz Pentium Processor.

Very nice that’s quite a stack when it’s all together. We had one similar to that years ago.
I have a (last time I had it out anyway) working 486 DX4 T oshiba. It was one of the ones that had the power supply built in so it only needed an AC cord.
I bought it with dead floppy from the junk bin at a used computer store that was going out of business in 2000 for $100. I used my parallel port Zip drive to install Win95 — I’m sure that took forever and just barely fit on the drive but it runs decently.

Awesome! Do you still have it and any chance you recall the model number? Would be a killer MSDOS rig

Unfortunately, no, none of them made it. Wish I still had that old Zeos, or the Micron that replaced it. Really wish I still had the ol IBM XT, too. Pretty sure it got let go for pretty much nothing at a garage sale in ‘94 or thereabouts. Or the PC Jr, for that matter.
I guess one can only hold onto only so much.

I really should put it on Ebay...my issue is shipping anything from Canada is ungodly expensive, and I never know how much to put d
own for the shipping costs...

Don’t have much time for that shenanigans anymore I’m afraid. I keep it around because there’s one piece of win 3.1/95 software I need about every 10 years.
My wife used it to write papers in seminary 2000-2003 so it probably has Wordperfect 8 or so on it too. Also I see dial up networking still has the number for the local ISP we used up to about 2001. Netscape 4 is hilarious trying to do really anything on the internet nowadays.

Ebay’d - Canada only...I feel like I should set it to US as well, but I imagine the shipping would go up exponentially then....
